🤍Piggy Bank coin slot is 1.5”.

🤍Rubber stopper on bottom to remove coins.

🤍Clean with soft damp cloth

🤍Name is painted on one side with detailed design on the opposite side.

🤍When applicable, click on the “Leave a note with your order” on the cart page to leave personalization

🤍Please REVIEW spelling. Name will be painted EXACTLY as is, so TRIPLE CHECK.

🤍Each bank is hand painted when order is placed, is air dried for 24 hours, then set with a glaze.

 Please Note: These are hand painted and made to order, so no two will be exactly the same. Each is unique and while they won't be identical, they will be as close as possible to the original. Placement and size of name is dependent on the length of the name.

🤍Please REVIEW YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before you submit your order – IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED to us for an incorrect or insufficient address - there will be a charge to re-ship.

RETURNS:

🤍Returns are accepted within 5 days of item being delivered

🤍Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

🤍Item must be packaged securely. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

🤍Once the item is returned, a refund will be provided, MINUS a 20% restocking fee.

🤍If the buyer qualified for free shipping provided by seller, the cost to ship will be deducted from refund.

🤍A return tracking number must be provided

🤍For packages damaged during transit, please message us within 48 hours. Buyer must provide pictures of item for proof of damage for USPS

🤍We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they have been damaged during transit or an error on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours for all damaged items.

🤍We accept cancellations within 12 hours

LOST PACKAGES:

🤍If tracking is marked delivered by USPS but you can’t locate it - ask neighbors if it was delivered to them in error and ask family members if they might have removed from delivery area. If not, contact your local post office for GPS location of delivery, then if needed, file a lost mail report. Mail theft is a serious crime and Porch Pirates are everywhere. PLEASE have a safe and secure area for delivery; once a delivery is verified / confirmed by USPS, we are not responsible for the package.
